Description
Before and after a Gynecomastia procedure.
38-year-old male who underwent a bilateral gynecomastia excision. He has a history of massive weight loss of about 80 pounds, which contributed to excess skin of the chest. Boomerang gynecomastia excision pattern was used to remove excess tissue and move the nipple higher onto the chest. 732 grams of tissue was removed from the right breast, and 650 grams of tissue was removed from the left breast. Photos shown are 2 months post-op.
