Description
Before and after Breast Reconstruction.
51-year-old female, one month post-o,p right side implant exchange from tissue expander and left side implant site change. This was the final procedure of breast reconstruction after a previous implant rupture.
Tissue expander was placed two months prior and periodically filled, and eventually replaced with a 385 cc silicone implant. Left side site change of previously placed 365 cc silicone implant from the subpectoral to prepectoral position.
