Office Policies
At Longwood Plastic Surgery, we earn our patients’ trust by answering questions, providing educational material, performing only the procedures that will enhance patients’ lives, and by making the answers to your questions easy to find. Here are some of our policies and procedures at Longwood Plastic Surgery.
Office Hours
Office hours are 8:30AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. Patients are seen in our office at 235 Cypress St., Brookline, MA. Due to the high volume of patients seen during each patient session and as a courtesy to our scheduled patients who arrive on time, late arriving patients may need to have their appointment rescheduled. We ask that patients notify our office 48 hours in advance if unable to keep an appointment.
Prescription Renewals
Prescription renewals should be requested during normal office hours only. As members of SureScript, requests for renewal may also be made through your pharmacist, who will contact us via the internet.
