Lori
Patient Care Coordinator
Lori has been with us for 19 years. She has worked with Dr. Morris’ patients during this time providing compassionate care and kindness. She is extraordinarily good at juggling Dr. Morris’ operative schedule and our patients love her! Incredibly personable, Lori always has a smile on her face. Lori has three children and is an extremely talented seamstress!

Patient Care Coordinator &
Front Desk Associate
Molly McGrath is a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator and Front Desk Coordinator at Longwood Plastic Surgery, bringing a passion for patient support and care to the team. She combines strong communication skills with a commitment to enhancing the patient experience.
Originally from western Massachusetts, Molly has a love for exploring new places, which aligns perfectly with her interest in traveling and discovering the vibrant city of Boston. Molly studied at the University of Miami and in her free time, she enjoys running, painting, and spending quality time with friends.
Molly is excited to contribute to the compassionate care at Longwood Plastic Surgery and looks forward to helping patients feel supported and informed throughout their journey.
Jenny
Patient Services Coordinator &
Front Desk Manager
Jenny is our Patient Services Coordinator and Front Desk Manager where she creates a warm and welcoming environment for patients and staff. With a friendly attitude and a strong work ethic, she is dedicated to ensuring a smooth and positive experience for everyone who visits. Jenny is a very determined woman who will get the task done efficiently and assists her coworkers with projects along the way. She spreads joy and positive energy throughout the office. She is a compliment to Longwood Plastic Surgery and we love to have her here on our team. Outside of work, Jenny loves exploring the vibrant Boston area and enjoying the diversity the city has to offer. She is involved in animal rescue and a proud dog parent to Lolita, an amazing 11-year-old who brings endless joy and fun to her life.
Yuki
Patient Care Coordinator &
Front Desk Associate
Yuki is a dedicated tennis player and enthusiastic traveler who loves exploring new places and cultures. A graduate of Simmons University witha degree in PR and Marketing Communications, she skillfully blends her passion for the sport with her communication expertise. Excited tobecome part of the LPS family, Yuki is eager to embrace new experiences and connections. At home, she enjoys the company of her cute, chunky golden retriever, who adds joy to her adventures.
Landa
Billing & Precertification Specialist
Landa joined Longwood Plastic Surgery in 2016. She works efficiently to ensure pre-authorizations are completed promptly while also providing effortless communication between patients and insurance providers.
Jen
Senior Medical Assistant
Jen has worked with Dr. Morris for 28 years and has also been at LPS since its inception. She is highly experienced and clinically superb. She assists with minor procedures, performs the tattoos for the reconstructive patients and, generally keeps the doctors on their toes. She has an incredible sense of humor and loves interacting with patients.
Eliana
Medical Assistant
Eliana is excited to join the LPS team as a medical assistant, bringing dedication and warmth to patient care. After growing up in Arizona and Florida, Eliana attended Florida State University where she studied Food and Nutrition Science. In her free time, she enjoys working out, furthering her nutrition knowledge, listening to music, and spending time with her friends and her cat. Eliana plans on pursuing medical school in the future and is very excited to expand her knowledge at Longwood Plastic Surgery.
Olivia
Medical Assistant
Olivia loves working with her LPS family! She grew up in New Jersey and moved to Massachusetts to attend Tufts University where she studied Biology and Environmental Science. After graduating, she joined LPS as a medical assistant and hopes to continue her healthcare journey in a Physician’s Assistant program in the future. She has been a dancer for her whole life, so in her free time, she loves to keep up with dance classes. She also loves to craft, hang out with her roommates, and spend time outdoors!
Tekirah
CRCSA
Originally from Miami, Florida, Tekirah relocated to Massachusetts and has built three years of experience as a sterile processing technician. She takes pride in maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency at LPS. Outside of work, Tekirah enjoys spending time outdoors with her dog, Titan, and exploring new places through road trips, which helps her stay balanced and energized.
Taylor

Taylor is a dedicated Plastic Surgery Nurse at Longwood Plastic Surgery, where she combines clinical expertise with a compassionate approach to patient care. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Franklin Pierce University before pursuing her nursing education at Bay State College. Currently, she is advancing her career by working toward her Nurse Practitioner degree at Chamberlain University. With a passion for aesthetic medicine and patient-centered care, she plays a key role in supporting patients throughout their surgical journeys—from consultation to recovery. Her calm demeanor and attention to detail help ensure every patient feels informed, comfortable, and confident. Outside of work and school, she loves to travel and spend time with her beloved dog, enjoying the perfect balance between adventure and relaxation.
Jasmine
BSN-RN
Jasmine obtained her BSN from Northeastern University. She brings valuable experience from her time working in the ICU at Massachusetts General Hospital. Her interest in aesthetics and passion for helping patients feel their best drove her to Join the welcoming collaborative environment at LPS. She provides safe compassionate care to ensure the best possible outcome. Jasmine looks forward to seeing you on your surgery day and beyond!
Samantha
BSN-RN
Samantha is a dedicated and compassionate registered nurse who earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Fairfield University. She began her nursing career in pediatric critical care, gaining invaluable experience at both Connecticut Children’s Medical Center and Boston Children’s Hospital.
During her three years in these high-acuity environments, Samantha developed a strong foundation in patient care, family support, and clinical excellence. Her passion for personalized care and supporting patients through their healing journey led her to join the team at Longwood Plastic Surgery.
At LPS, Samantha plays an integral role in patient recovery, ensuring comfort, safety, and confidence throughout every stage of the surgical experience. Outside of work, Samantha enjoys spending time at the lake, where she loves participating in water sports and soaking up the outdoors. She also cherishes weekends filled with football games in the fall and quality time with friends and family.
Haley
BSN-RN
Haley graduated from an accelerated nursing program in 2022. She started her nursing career in an oncology unit, but found her love for surgery and peri-operative care and has been in the operating room ever since. Haley grew up in St. Louis, but just recently moved to Boston. She has been enjoying her time exploring the city, relaxing at the beach, and dining at new restaurants.
